How do you handle stress?

Hi everyone, I am facing extreme stress %26amp; pressure right now. I'm in my second year at college %26amp; this will by far be the worst possible semester gradeswise. I just changed my major from international studies to business/human resources %26amp; I am freaking out %26amp; trying not to overreact to future, there is still a sliver of hope yet but I only have 3 %26amp; 1/2 weeks of school left.



Can anyone offer advice?

Each person will have their own way of dealing with it.



Exercise, shouting and screaming, chilling, meditation, hanging with friends.



You find your way and go for it.



Interesting way is to look and see where you are on the human ladder. Think how many people are below you with bigger problems and most stressed than you are.

Relax, you can't change what has already taken place. Apply yourself and if it comes around then good, if not at least you know you've done what you can and didn't squander the opportunity and make adjustments next semester.



Adjustments might be to take a lighter load next year, reconsider what your skillset might be...
Stress is cause by you so just relax and you do your best! The is best is all that you can offer! You just changed your major so it new to you! Just study hard and put your mind to it and you will be just fine!
Well if your going crazy right now, and want some quick relief, I suggest you try meditating for 10-15 minutes. It is super simple. Just find a nice quiet place with no distractions. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Slowly breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Then, let go of all the stress; let it melt away, just for those brief minutes. Think about one peaceful thing, like flowing water, a sunset, or a nice sunny field. After your done your gonna feel alot more relaxed, and in a much better state of mind to plan for the future.
Well first of all, college students think only colege students know how to help. So between this truth, and the fact i did not go to college, makes me unqualified to help you with your college schoolwork. However it is life which is eating at you.So i hope you can balance the two lifestyles.
You only have a few weeks left. Hang in there (and while i know that's probably not what you want to do, just take one day at a time. It'll gat better in a few weeks) You still have next year to figure this out. Try not to worry too much about the future. It will come, and the best thing you can do is to just try to help yourself by calming down now. It's always bad. :)
